Our Master's program offers a practical and interactive approach, preparing students to face the challenges of today's job market. These partnerships provide unique networking opportunities with access to high-quality internships. Another highlight is the Nurs*Lab, a scientific research laboratory integrated into the Egas Moniz Interdisciplinary Research Center. In this space, our team encompasses various highly relevant projects, both nationally and internationally, across the diverse areas of study.

We have fully equipped classrooms, providing all the essential materials and resources for learning, with a special emphasis on developing crucial communication and relational skills for clinical practice. We offer the opportunity to participate in various group dynamics, Ice Breakers, Role-playing, Brainstorming, and Teamwork, all planned and conducted appropriately, with due respect for the individual needs of each student, thus ensuring a safe and collaborative environment.

1. Integrate knowledge that allows for the resolution of complex situations or the issuance of technical-scientific opinions based on scientific evidence, ethical principles, and professional deontology;
2. Enable the acquisition and transfer of knowledge, promoting the realization and dissemination of research for the continuous improvement of practice;
3. Develop competencies in the management of general and specialized nursing care;
4. Enable the performance and cooperation in epidemiological surveillance of a population and/or community at the geodemographic level;
5. Enable the use of Health Planning methodology for assessing the health status of a community;
6. Develop skills that contribute to the capacity-building process of groups and communities;
7. Develop competencies in coordinating community-based Health Programs and in achieving the objectives of the National Health Plan.
