To empower dentists for the predictable clinical application of bioceramics in oral surgery, integrating them with autologous factors, membranes, and regenerative adjuvants, in techniques for alveolar preservation, guided bone regeneration, and reconstruction of periodontal and peri-implant defects.

• Understand the biological and physicochemical principles of bioceramics and their interaction with bone tissue.
• Update alveolar bone preservation and guided bone regeneration (GBR) protocols, integrating innovative biomaterials.
• Apply co-adjuvant materials such as autologous factors, membranes, and regenerative adjuvants in association with bioceramics for greater predictability.
• Train surgical protocols in a pre-clinical and supervised clinical setting.

Day 1 - Fundamentals and Alveolar Preservation

• Biological basis of bone regeneration and characteristics of bioceramics (hydroxyapatite, β-TCP, bioglass, and composites).
• Integration of autologous and synthetic biomaterials.
• Combined applications with bioceramics.
• Alveolar preservation strategies centered on biomaterials.

Day 2 - Guided Bone Regeneration and Beginning of Clinical Practice

• Guided bone regeneration (GBR): concepts applied to bioceramics and adjuvants.
• Guided open-wound healing with PRF and silk membranes.
• Soft tissue management and graft stabilization.
• Alveolar preservation and GBR in selected patients.
• Real-time discussion of biomaterial and technique selection.
• Bone management — live demonstration.

Day 3 - Advanced Clinical Practice and Complex Cases

• Advanced guided bone regeneration (GBR) with complex defects.
• Treatment of peri-implantitis with bioceramics and surgical adjuvants.
• Optimization of healing with PRF and adjuvants.
• Continuation of complex clinical cases.
• Critical review of procedures performed and management of complications.
• Interactive discussion session.
• Diploma presentation.
