This degree will have a theoretical and practical component taught in a single module lasting for 16 hours and a clinical component with patients taught at the Clínica Universitária Egas Moniz during surgery assistance appointments. During the clinical component each student will be in a team with an assistant at the practice. Each student will have to attend the theoretical and practical component and only after then will they be able to move on to the clinical modules.
