Complaints and Suggestions

You can submit a complaint or make a suggestion by filling out the appropriate form, which you can find at the following services, or else you can send an email, for example, with your comment (please refer to the contacts section).

Any complaints referring to the University Residence, playing field and gym should be addressed with the Egas Moniz Board. Any complaints referring to catering services (Canteen / Bar / Vending machines) and copy centre should be submitted to the people in charge, respectively.

In addition to these mechanisms, you can resort directly to the Student Ombudsman. This is an independent body whose task is to protect and promote students’ rights and interests under the scope of their activity at Egas Moniz. Any suggestions, complaints or requests for clarification can be sent to the following contacts:
