Classrooms adequately equipped with the materials and resources necessary for learning, with emphasis on the communication/relationship and clinical practice laboratories where an important part of the simulated practices take place throughout the course.

According to data from the OE, in 2020, there were a total of 78117 nurses in the national territory, registered in the OE. Of these, 24% are specialist nurses and 76% are general care nurses. In the Egas Moniz School of Health and Science's area of influence, there are 29% of nurses, of whom only 6.3% are specialists in Rehabilitation Nursing.

Specialized faculty.

Students in the Master of Rehabilitation Nursing have the opportunity to engage in research at CiiEM, collaborating with specialized labs and research groups dedicated to advancing rehabilitation practices. This research enables students to explore innovative approaches in patient recovery, assess rehabilitation outcomes, and develop evidence-based strategies to enhance the quality of life for individuals with chronic conditions or disabilities. Through this collaboration, students contribute to improving rehabilitation care and shaping the future of nursing practices in this critical area of healthcare.

Candidates who perform this Master's degree obtain a specialisation carried out through internships in public hospitals in Portugal, therefore, it is required to be registered with the Order of Nurses in Portugal.
