The Master's Degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Perioperative Nursing (90 ECTS) confers the qualification for the degree of Master.


This course aims to promote a differentiated training in the field of Medical Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing Specialization for People in Perioperative Situations. The study plan includes content that is in line with the directives of the Order of Nurses (OE) and the recommendations of the European Operating Room Nurses Association (EORNA) and was built to respond to the needs of the national and European labor market. It aims to enable nurses to acquire and develop specialized skills, preparing them to provide increased quality care, meeting the needs of the population and health systems. On the other hand, there is a concern to generate knowledge in the specialized area of the master's degree, so the teaching-learning process will take place in close connection with research, and the contents will be based on the latest scientific evidence. Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Perioperative Nursing
